The equipment automatically performs the measurement of the tare of each bottle before starting the filling process, this interface has adjustments to work with other volumes. The level control in the tank is performed by a level transducer.
Designed to close bottles with different models of lids, acting with a closure system by magnetic heads that have individual torque regulation for lids with common thread, fixed heads for pressure and special systems for lids of complex geometry.
All movements and filling control are monitored by the PLC which has an HMI( Human Machine Interface) to determine all the necessary operating functions.
The equipment is monitored by shielded optical sensors, where they read the desired function and send it to the PLC where the necessary commands and information presented on the interface are obtained.
