The event, which celebrates the best of Made in Italy industry, spotlighted companies selected by the ItalyPost Study Centre for their outstanding economic and financial performance over the past six years. Against the backdrop of a volatile global landscape, discussions focused on actionable growth strategies, with entrepreneurs sharing firsthand insights into how Italian industry continues to evolve with resilience and vision.

Among the key voices was Valentina Aureli, CEO of Aetna Group, who joined the panel discussion “Overcoming Turbulence by Looking to the Future.” Her contribution stood out for its clarity, conviction, and forward-thinking message.

“Faced with any disruption, we react with more innovation—and without fear. We must stay curious and invest in ourselves,” Aureli stated, underscoring the value of resilience-based leadership.

She continued, “The main challenge won’t come from the market, but from staying true to our values. We think big, and we invest in young people—we’ve welcomed 150 into our company. From our billion-dollar customers, we’ve learned how to raise our standards.”

Aureli’s remarks reaffirmed Aetna Group’s position as a dynamic model of industrial transformation and leadership—proving that even in turbulent times, strategic vision and strong values are the keys to sustainable success.
