Starline is depalletiser for loose containers and cases.
The Starline HS automatic depalletizer machine removes crates from the pallet, deposits them on a bench, and brings them on a unique row.
The product infeed level can be low with steady pallet.
The first phase is the pallet unwrapping cycle .
An operator platform enables the pallet to be reached easily, allowing to carry out any necessary operation in the safest possible conditions.
The layer is transferred by our gripping head, with self-centring plates.
Layer-pads, frames and top sheets are picked up by the dedicated column-type devices.
At last, the packs are extracted and proceed in a single row.
